Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. The hosted subscription runs in your browser. A one-time installation is delivered as files you upload through the Cloudflare dashboard, with no commands needed.
Can two salespeople book the same plot?
No. The server accepts only one booking per plot, even if two people click at the same moment.
How do payments work?
Buyers pay your company directly. Your team records the payment, and your administrator or accountant confirms it when the money has arrived. Software purchases and renewals are paid to us and discussed on WhatsApp.
Is my data separate from other companies?
Yes. Every record belongs to one company and is checked on the server for every request.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Your data is kept. The account becomes read-only until you renew, after an optional grace period.
What does the one-time installation include?
A separately configured installation with its own database, storage, secrets and administrator, plus handover documentation. Support period, updates and source-code terms follow your agreed package.
Do you offer online payment gateways?
Not in this version. Payments are handled through WhatsApp and recorded manually.
Is there a free trial?
Ask us about a demo. Trials are only offered when we agree one with you.
